You need to sign up for a user account by providing all required information to access or use the Service. You agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted during the sign-up process; and (ii) maintain and promptly update the provided information to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect such inaccuracies, we may terminate your user account and refuse current or future use of any or all of its Services.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share, transfer, or provide access to the Services to third parties, nor offer any services based on the platform without written permission. User licenses cannot be shared or reused except when reassigning them to a new user. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile the Services unless legally permitted. Using third-party website links requires acceptance of their terms, and posting links or using third-party branding requires prior consent. Unauthorized access to the system or network is prohibited, as is any action that overloads, harms, or disrupts servers, networks, or related resources. Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software is strictly forbidden. You must not interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or misrepresent your identity to deceive others. Additionally, you cannot share personal, confidential, or unauthorized information, spread false or misleading content for financial or malicious intent.
You are entirely responsible for the content you transmit through the Service. You must not use the Service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to sharing content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, offensive, explicit, discriminatory, or in violation of another's rights. Additionally, you are prohibited from using the Service to distribute spam, junk mail, or any other form of unsolicited mass communication. The transmission of material containing viruses, malware, or harmful code is strictly forbidden. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any prohibited activities, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the Service.
Our services are available through subscription plans of different durations. For plans shorter than a year, payments can be made using a credit card or any other accepted payment method specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you switch to a free plan or notify us that you do not wish to continue. When your plan renews, the subscription fee will be charged to the last payment method used. You can update your payment details if you prefer to use a different method for renewal. To cancel automatic renewal, you must inform us at least seven days before the renewal date. If no action is taken, we will assume you have authorized us to process the payment using the last used method. For details on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy. From time to time, we may revise the pricing of our services or introduce charges for features that were previously free. Any price changes will take effect only after your current billing cycle ends. You will only be billed for services if you have actively chosen a paid subscription. If any applicable tax, such as VAT or sales tax, is required by law for your subscription, we will include it in your invoice. You agree to pay these taxes in addition to the subscription cost. We will provide an invoice in compliance with relevant tax regulations to help you claim any applicable tax credits.
If you sign up for a free trial of any of our services, the services will be available to you free of charge until the earliest of the following: the end of the trial period (unless you terminate it earlier), the start of your paid subscription, or termination by us at our sole discretion. Any data entered or customizations made during the trial will be permanently lost unless you purchase a corresponding paid subscription, upgrade to a relevant service plan, or export your data before the trial ends. The services provided during the free trial are offered with no warranties, support, or liability.
If we receive a complaint regarding your activities in relation to the use of our Services, we will forward the complaint to the primary email address associated with your user account. You are required to respond directly to the complainant within 10 days of receiving the forwarded complaint. If you fail to respond within this 10-day period, we may share your name and contact details with the complainant to allow them to pursue legal action. By not responding to the complaint within the specified time frame, you acknowledge and consent to us disclosing your information to the complainant.
We acknowledge and respect your ownership of any content you create or store using our Services. You retain full ownership of the content you create or store. You are solely responsible for any content you transmit or publish through our Services. Once made public, your content may be accessible on the internet and indexed by search engines, so please ensure you don't unintentionally share private content. Your use of our Services does not grant us the right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute your content for our commercial, marketing, or similar purposes unless you specifically permit otherwise. However, you grant us the right to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, publicly display, and publicly perform your content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents, and any content provided by us, are owned by I.T. NITI LAB Private Limited. You acknowledge that the use of the Services does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Services or any associated content. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the Company Properties without express permission. This includes but is not limited to any trademarks, logos, and other brand assets provided by us.
You understand and agree that the use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of quality and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Any material downloaded or obtained through the Services is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device or data. No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained from us or our representatives, creates any warranty not explicitly stated in this Agreement.
You agree that we shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, business interruption, computer failure, loss of business information, or any other loss resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may temporarily suspend your user account or restrict access to all or part of any Service if we suspect illegal activity, prolonged inactivity, or upon requests from law enforcement or government agencies. If you wish to object to the suspension or restriction of your account, please submit your objection in writing to our authorized email within thirty days of notification. We may terminate a suspended or restricted account after thirty days. You may also request the termination of your user account at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate your user account and deny access to Services if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement. You may terminate your user account if we fail to meet our obligations under this Agreement. In such cases, you are entitled to a prorated refund of any prepaid fees. Account termination will result in the loss of access to all Services, deletion of your account information (including email address and password), and removal of all data associated with your user account.
If you have concerns, they can usually be resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction by contacting our support team. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction (or if we have not been able to settle a dispute with you after attempting informal resolution), we both agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court, rather than in courts of general jurisdiction.
We may update this Agreement at any time by notifying you through a service announcement or by sending an email to your primary email address. If we make significant changes to the Agreement that impact your rights, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. If the modifications to the Agreement substantially affect your rights regarding the use of the Services, you may terminate your use by sending us an email notice within 30 days of being informed about the updated Agreement. In case of such termination, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of any prepaid fees. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
